Evaluation

Ruth Daellenbach carries out evaluations or reviews of country strategies, programs and projects in development cooperation and humanitarian aid, taking into account the OECD / DAC principles of evaluation, including the criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
